Mom, As your oldest and the most like dad, first, I just want to apologize for being so much like dad, haha!!! I know I drive you crazy, but you are my polar opposite, that is why we are so good together. You have been the biggest influence in my life. You humbly cast off credit but the reality is I am who I am because of you. Thank you for instilling in my your integrity, grace and class...[I still wish you could have given me some of those skinny genes though!]. A recent memory I cherish is when we were walking in Southlake Town Center a few months ago, I was pushing you in the wheel chair and the sun was out, it was a glorious day, you threw back your head and said "it's great to be alive!" This moment made me so happy and grateful to still have you with me at my age. On this Christmas 2013, I honor you and feel blessed.
